SHIPPING POLICY
Items are normally shipped from New York and via USPS within 3-5 business days of when the order was placed. Transit time within the US can range from 1 to 10 business days.

We are currently not offering International Shipping at this moment, but please feel free to contact us to see if shipment can be arranged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.
Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item.

Return goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend and insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
